Mohit is a Financial Services Industry business Leader with around 20 years of progressive and diverse experience covering UAE (Middle East) and India (Asia). Worked with globally reputed Organizations like AIG, Standard Chartered Bank, Maruti Suzuki, and others. He has diligently built-up various new lines of retail businesses from scratch across customer segments, distribution channels and significantly contributed scaling it up to a “multi-million-dollar enterprise” within short span successfully.

Along his professional journey, Mohit has pioneered various innovations which is 1st in the Middle East Region like “Zero Cost Bancassurance business model”, “Job loss Insurance” proposition, ‘B2B and B2C’ digital online platforms more than a decade ago, for which he has earned accolades, awards and recognition from the Industry.

He is someone who believes in creating industry benchmarks with a proven track record of translating a business vision into successful execution and follow through. In his current role, Mohit is part of the core Senior Management Team, as Head of Bancassurance for UAE at Takaful Emarat Insurance PSC and reporting to the Group CEO.
