Ahmed Nasef is the Group Chief Commercial Lines and Reinsurance Officer for Liva Group. Before this he served as Deputy CEO for RSA Middle East as of early 2022 (now part of Liva Group) where he was responsible for the Commercial Lines and Reinsurance transformation of business including the technical, operational and business development aspects. Prior to joining RSA Middle East, he served as Managing Director & CEO for AXA Egypt General Insurance Company where he joined in 2015 as the Technical Director. Before joining AXA, Ahmed was the Head of Technical for ACE in Egypt covering Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Reinsurance, Product Development and Regulatory Affairs.

Ahmed started his career with ACE in 2003 in an underwriting role focusing on Property and Casualty lines of business.

Ahmed holds MBA from Warwick Business School in addition to his BSc. in Business from the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute in London, United Kingdom and is also certified in Contract Wording from the same institution.
