Dr. Mostafa is the Chief Medical Officer at Daman. He brings more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience to his role at Daman, where he leads medical strategy, clinical innovation, providers partnerships, audit & investigations taskforce. Dr. Mostafa is a clinician who dedicated his career to provide integrated healthcare delivery models empowering patients to achieve better health outcomes.
Before joining Daman, Dr. Mostafa was a senior executive in several Canadian healthcare organizations leading risk & analytics, operational excellence, strategic partnerships, marketing, and business expansion strategy. Dr. Mostafa was also the Global Head of Healthcare Services and Operations for AXA Group, a leading multinational insurer. Under his strategic leadership, he led AXA Group healthcare transformation program globally.
Dr. Mostafa holds an MBA from Manchester Business School with honors and Executive master’s in international healthcare leadership with honors from McGill University
