Martin Müller is partner at Horváth and responsible for our global insurance business. With his almost 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, he is our main contact for primary and reinsurance companies, as well as brokers and service organizations – for P&C, Health, and Life business. He gained his professional experience not only in consulting, but also in several line functions with a global primary insurer. In his career he was able to manage successful projects in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Martin acquired an MBA and is an expert in the transformation of insurance companies with a specific focus on strategy and business models, ecosystems and platforms, digitalization and profitability.
