Ranjith Verghese has over 23 years of experience spanning across the domains of insurance, healthcare, and information technology. He heads the Business Transformation and Change Management practice in IQVIA from strategy, planning and execution both internal for the Company and as part of external Client engagements for the AMESA region. He also leads the Insurance Practice at IQVIA. He is a subject matter expert in private health insurance and healthcare claims operations, well experienced in spearheading business transformation & innovation within the healthcare value chain in the MEA region. He has worked with top insurance companies such as AXA, Aviva, and Norwich Union on their regional engagement spread across Middle East to Mediterranean and Latin American regions. Ranjith holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, UK and a bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Comm from the university of Madras, India.
