Am an Insurance Systems and Capacity Building Specialist with over 25 years of extensive experience in Insurance Operations and Business Solutions. Have the experience of setting up and operationalising new branches, designing, delivering and implementing processes, conducting training programms and Transition Management.

Under the capacity of a Business Solution expert, have the experience of setting up systems and procedures as per the request of the client insurance company, and integrate the system into the overall framework of the organization.

After having been in the industry for 25 years, my own venture helps insurance organisation strategically position their internal requirements for better positioning in the market and work on their capacity building as well.
