Sanjeev Aggarwal is a seasoned and results-driven Chief Financial Officer with 20+ years of progressive leadership in the insurance and diversified sectors across the GCC and India. Proven record of driving sustainable growth through M&A integration, transformation, reinsurance optimization, and other initiatives. Recognized for building resilient finance teams and delivering consistent value creation in a dynamic, regulated environment.
He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Solidarity Bahrain BSC, the largest publicly listed insurance company in Bahrain. Before joining Solidarity Bahrain in 2014, Sanjeev gained significant experience with reputed audit firms in India and Bahrain.

•Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK)
•Associate of Insurance Institute of India
•Bachelor in Commerce (Honors) from the University of Delhi, India

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Sanjeev serves as:
•Vice-Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Bahrain Insurance Association (BIA)
•Member of AAOIFI Takaful Accounting Committee, Bahrain
•Chairman of BIA’s IFRS 17 Technical Committee (2022–2023), collaborating with industry and regulator on national adoption
