Ravi Kumar Chitturi is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Monocept, with nearly 20 years of experience building and scaling enterprise technology for clients across the U.S. and India. A former Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, he brings deep expertise in cloud architecture (Azure, AWS), enterprise engineering, and large-scale delivery. At Monocept, Ravi has been instrumental in architecting mission-critical platforms for leading insurance organizations in India, helping modernize core workflows with secure, scalable, cloud-native systems. He has also driven the creation of Monocept’s insurance-focused products and accelerators, blending domain understanding with pragmatic engineering to deliver measurable outcomes - improved customer experience, operational resilience, and costefficient scale. Ravi is passionate about engineering excellence, building high-performing teams, and delivering technology that translates into real business impact.
