Elsa Tchicanha is a registered Attorney, with 15 years PQE in both In-house and Law Firms. In addition to her Law degree, Elsa holds a master´s degree in Corporate Legal Advice from CEPADE – Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, a Diploma in Global Business from Säid Business School, University of Oxford, completed an Executive Education in Women in Business from London Business School and Business and Entrepreneurship from Drake University under the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders Alumni Program. In 2023, Elsa was admitted to the prestigious Executive MBA (EMBA) by Säid Business School, University of Oxford, in 2024 to the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme by the Chartered Governance Institute UK & and has recently enrolled in the Strategic Project Management programme in the Harvard Division of Continuing Education and is currently the Chief Transformation Officer of SanlamAllianz Angola Seguros, S.A., an insurance company part of the SanlamAllianz Group.
